We ordered flowers for a funeral on 1/2. Since we got the information late, we didn’t place the order until late on 12/31. The owner called us on 1/1 to let us know she could not provide what we ordered as she was closed and would not be opening until 1000 on 1/2. However, she had orders forwarded to her phone. We live out of state and she graciously offered to go in early in 1/2, make us an arrangement and deliver it before visitation began at 1000. She made us a beautiful dish garden with fresh flowers added and delivered it by 0930. She even texted us a picture of the arrangement so we could see it! We found this to be the epitome of caring and professionalism, the reason we choose to deal with a local florist instead of online companies. Thank you so much!
